Biography

Robert Matthews is a New Orleans native who grew up surrounded by a family of artists with a passion for art from an early age. Some of his favorite mediums include acrylic paint, graphite, charcoal, wood carving, sculpting and furniture building/design.

In 2013, he took his love of art to a professional level, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Digital Media Arts College in Boca Raton, Florida.

Following suit, Robert Matthews established Matthews Designs in 2012. With over a decade of professional experience, Robert has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of companies & clients across the US, including: Redbull, Covid Rapid Testing, Bojangles, Woolbright Development, Whelchel Partners, Keller Williams, Elite A/C, Alpha Core Nutrition and many more. 

Robert pulls influence and passion from his surroundings, believing in bringing peace and tranquility to the design process while drawing inspiration from nature, the ocean, music and various types of architecture. He has the necessary talent to portray his client's visions. Keeping his creative space's aesthetics a priority, promotes the focus needed for a successful perspective.

When not designing, Robert enjoys spending his free time reading, meditating at the beach, playing guitar & singing, painting, exercising, and yoga. With his experience, both professional and personal, Robert brings his client's visions to life through a customized & creative process involving in-depth personalized consultation and nourishing creativity, all in an effort to promote successful design solutions.
